Attendees can receive continuing medical education (CME) credits if they have paid the additional tuition. (Conference tuition fees are either $100 for basic registration without CME credits or $250 with CME credits.)
Participants can earn up to 13.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. To earn the credits, participants must submit evaluations for each session they attend, as well as the overall conference evaluation at the end of Day 2. Certificates will be available at the end of the conference. If not picked up then, they will be mailed two weeks following the event.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF) and the California HealthCare Foundation. UCSF is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The American Nurses Credentialing Center and California Board of Pharmacy accept AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM issued by organizations accredited by the ACCME. AAPA accepts category 1 credit from AOACCME, prescribed credit from AAFP, and AMA PRA Category 1 Credit from organizations accredited by the ACCME. This course meets the qualifications on an hour-for-hour basis of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Approval No. PCE 1272.
